A Promise Kept: The Story Behind the Mission

Those six words, spoken by a CLIENT JUST BEFORE HE PASSED AWAY over 30 years ago, shaped the way Frank Bugh approaches his work. That final request became a mission—and a legacy. Frank HAS kept that promise for over three decades, earning the trust of not just the woman he cared for, but her entire family. That story captures who Frank is at his core: a man who believes financial planning is about more than money. It’s about honoring people and walking with them through life’s defining seasons.

A Life of Service, Experience, and Independence

Frank started his career in insurance, helping families protect what mattered most. He became a licensed Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch in 1989, and in 1995, took a bold step toward independence by purchasing the Waco branch of Raymond James. That move allowed him to raise his five children while building a client-first practice rooted in service, not sales.

After becoming empty nesters, Frank and his wife moved closer to family in Crowley, and today he serves clients from a light-filled office in Burleson, located just above Rio Mambo. With 13 grandkids, a yellow lab named Bentley, and a vintage MGTD convertible called Doris, Frank blends decades of professional wisdom with the kind of heart and humor that puts
